Editorial review
Kaufmann's 'Mother' delivers driving techno suited for peak-time sets. At 130 BPM in Bb Major, it maintains a steady groove without flashy buildups. Lacking a hype flag, the track remains a functional, low-profile club tool. Its release on VOLTA positions it firmly within the label’s output of reliable, no-frills dance floor material. The mix sustains momentum without peaks, favoring consistency over spectacle—an efficient, if unspectacular, addition to any techno set.
