About Eric Kanzler
Eric Kanzler was born in Nuremberg and is a musician with heart and soul. After years in different projects he had his breakthrough in 2011 with “Kanzler & Wischnewski” – since 2012 he has increasingly been working as a soloist.
His music merges minimalistic techno with deep Chicago house, clear and dry grooves and a feel for tension on the floor. His releases include remixes by Alec Troniq, Niemann & Smith and Superstrobe; as a DJ he played clubs like Berlin’s MAGDAlena.
On re:union you can hear him every Sunday from 10 pm to midnight (Berlin time) – with sets from his archive and new music. As Thorin Tønsberg he also runs re:union Radio.
