Rane brings USB-MIDI and DVS control for Serato, Traktor, and Virtual DJ to the motorized 12-inch turntable for vinyl DJs with the Twelve MKII.
The Rane Twelve MKII is a motorized 12-inch turntable controller that combines classic turntablism feel with digital control. The second generation builds on the success of the original Twelve and expands the concept with USB-MIDI and DVS connectivity to three software platforms.
Three Platforms, One Controller
The main difference from the first version lies in the software connectivity. The Twelve MKII offers USB-MIDI and DVS control for Serato DJ Pro, Traktor, and Virtual DJ – you choose your desired platform and connect the device accordingly. Also new are track browsing and selection, as well as an “Instant Doubles” function via USB, which allows you to instantly mirror a track on a second deck.
Speeds
The platter supports the common turntable speeds of 33⅓ and 45 RPM.
