The team behind Printworks is exploring venues in Berlin, New York, Miami, Paris, and Milan. The London location is targeted to return in 2029.
International venue expansion plans
The team behind London venue Printworks is exploring plans to launch new locations across the globe. Broadwick, whose portfolio also features Drumsheds and Depot Mayfield, is reportedly in talks with developers in New York and Miami, while actively seeking venues in Berlin, Paris, and Milan.
These expansion efforts align with financial growth targets. CEO Simon Tracey stated: “We’ve got a game plan within the next sort of four to five years to double our current revenues of £100 million to £200 million and that is really through expansion in the UK and globally.”
Current operations and Printworks timeline
In New York, Broadwick Live has operated Brooklyn Storehouse since 2024 in partnership with TCE Presents. This two-year run concludes this month with a final series of parties.
Printworks originally shut down in 2023 due to the Canada Water regeneration scheme managed by British Land and AustralianSuper. Broadwick is working on a new version of the venue, with plans to reopen within the development in 2029. A provisional deal had previously aimed for a 2026 launch, which has not materialized.
