From Stockholm Underground to Global Label
Beyer's journey began in the Swedish techno scene of the mid-1990s. With Drumcode Records, he created his own platform not only to release his own material but also to give other producers from the hard, driving peak-time techno sphere a stage. Today, the label ranks among the best-known addresses in the international techno business and is documented on the official site drumcode.se.
Drumcode Live as a Weekly Fixture
Beyond label work, Beyer is active as host of Drumcode Live, a weekly radio show that extends his impact far beyond mere record releases. The reach of roughly 11 million listeners makes the format one of the biggest techno radio formats ever, showing just how much Drumcode has evolved from a pure record label into a brand with its own broadcast format.
A Catalog with a Clear Signature
The Drumcode catalog brings together producers associated with the driving, industrially tinged peak-time techno the label stands for. Over the years, a clear sonic line has emerged that new label releases still orient themselves by today.
