On 1 October, the label Príncipe celebrates its 15th anniversary – not on the Berghain main floor, but in the Säule, the smaller side room of the house. DJ Firmeza and DJ Nigga Fox bring the kuduro- and batida-infused sound of the label. For a venue usually associated with German and British techno, this is a deliberate opening.
Innervisions and Âme in the Panorama Bar
The October highlight is the Innervisions night on 23 October. The label ranks among the most influential deep house and melodic techno imprints of the past two decades. Âme themselves perform live in the Panorama Bar, the room above the main floor that traditionally hosts the more melodic, house-leaning side of Berghain’s programming.
What Remains: the Klubnacht as Constant
